Bentley ID Card 

The Falcon Card is the official identification card for all Bentley University students, faculty and staff. This card is also used as your key to gain access as a Resident Student to your Resident Halls.

Regulations

This identification card remains the property of Bentley University. This card when appropriately validated is your official University identification. This card should be carried at all times and presented upon request to authorized University representives. A lost card must be reported to Card Office or after hours to University Police. A replacement fee will be charged. (see Card Office hours below for replacement) 

Falcon Fund$

The Falcon Card is used for debit transactions to purchase food and other campus services. The Falcon Card works on a debit card principle; cardholders can only make purchases if you have the funds available. Any balance remaining will automatically be rolled over to the next semester.

Adding value to your Falcon Card

On-line 
Its the fastest way to add value. All you need is a computer and a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover; just log on to your MyBentley account. 

Students now have the ability to deposit money to their falcon funds through MyBentley from on or off campus.  Simply log into MyBentley and click on the Finances Tab.  Once on the Finances page just click on the deposit to Falcon Card link. *Please note that all transactions take up to 10 minutes for Falcon Fund balances to be updated.

Parents/Guardians can now make deposits from off campus to students’ Falcon Fund accounts through the link below.  https://commerce.cashnet.com/bentffp  *Please note that all transactions take one business day for Falcon Fund balances to be updated.

Staff & Faculty now has the ability to deposit money to your falcon funds through MyBentley from on or off campus.  Simply log into MyBentley and click on the HR Information Tab.  Once on the HR Information page just click on the deposit to Falcon Card link.  *Please note that all transactions take up to 10 minutes for Falcon Fund balances to be updated.

You can now deactivate your Falcon Card and freeze funds from being used through MyBentley.  Simply log into MyBentley and click on the Finances Tab.  Once on the Finances or HR Information page, click on Deactivate Falcon Card.  You must then go to the Card Office to have your card unfrozen. 

In Person:
Stop by the Card Office located in the University Police building, with cash or check only.

By Mail:
Mail a check payable to Bentley University with the Bentley ID Number.

Lost and Stolen ID Cards:

Please remember to log on the MyBentley to disable any funds. Once you have disabled the use of the funds, you will need to stop by the Card Office to have this account reactivated. Please notify the Card Office when getting a replacement card that you have disabled your card online. 

Refunds

Money deposited to this account will be refunded only upon graduation or withdrawal from the university.
