Counseling and Student Development

Welcome!

The Office of Counseling and Student Development exists to help all students function more effectively in the Bentley community and to address relevant issues surrounding college student development. A professional staff of psychologists and counselors is available for programs regarding major areas of student development as well as specific issues through short term individual and group counseling.

The Office for Disability Services is located in the Counseling and Student Development Office on the second floor of the Michael A. Callahan Building. This office provides academic and personal support to full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate students with diagnosed learning disabilities, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, psychiatric and physical disabilities, both permanent and temporary.

Academic Year:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Summer: (mid-May through mid-August):
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Confidentiality is highly regarded by the staff of CSD; no information regarding a student is divulged without a written release signed by the student in question, except as required by law or professional ethics. Ethical standards of the American Psychological Association are strictly maintained.
