Welcome to the 2013 Bentley University Family Orientation Program!
Congratulations on your student’s admission to Bentley University! We are eager to welcome you into our community and would like to ensure that you are aware of all the resources available to you and your student for the next four years. Please join us for a non-compulsory (but recommended) Family Orientation program offered on the Tuesday of each Student Orientation program.
Family Orientation runs on the final day of each Student Orientation program. This year, the Student Orientation programs run June 16 to 18 or June 23 to 25, so the Family Orientation program this year will be on June 18 and June 25. Family Orientation will begin with registration at 7:30 a.m. in the La Cava Tent (next to the Library), the two Family Orientation program days are identical, simply choose the date which works best for your schedule.
During the Family Orientation program, you will have the opportunity to hear presentations from Bentley administrators about the services Bentley offers, meet other families, and learn more about the resources available to students. Student affairs administrators from the Dean of Students Office, Residence Life and Housing, University Police, Athletics, Health Services, Counseling, and other offices will be on hand to provide information and answer your questions.
Lunch will be provided and you will have the opportunity to attend additional sessions and have more individual conversations with our departments to answer any and all questions. A copy of our actual program scheduled will be uploaded soon with more details.
